Goethe Institute is a German training institution run by Germans, which is recognized not only by the German Embassy, but also by German universities. Moreover, the general German grade examination is also issued by Goethe Institute, which is more authoritative.

I don't know much about the other two because I'm not from Nanjing. Personally, I tend to go to Goethe and adapt to the German teaching environment in advance.
