salary

Salary, mainly depends on work experience, work unit, education (in order of importance), about 4,000 ~ 6,000 for more than three years of on-site construction experience, about 6,000 ~ 8,000 for more than five years of on-site construction experience, and it will be similar in the future.

Project experience

The aspects that can improve the salary include: doing projects that are too high (above 150m), large (above 200,000m3), fine (National Excellent Luban Award) and deep (above 20m deep foundation pit facing water), and undertaking the responsibility of one department.
