Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 In order to effectively strengthen the enrollment management of full-time general higher education (hereinafter referred to as enrollment), standardize enrollment behavior, and enroll new students according to regulations, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Ministry of Education and the Hubei Provincial Department of Education, and in combination with the actual situation of our school.

Article 2 The school enrollment work adheres to the principle of comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor, and is carried out under the supervision of the school discipline inspection and supervision department and the society, and follows the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality.

Chapter II Schools and Modes of Running Schools

Chapter III Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 5 The school shall set up an admissions committee composed of college leaders, heads of relevant departments, heads of secondary colleges, leaders of various professional disciplines, well-known alumni and student representatives. The Admissions Committee is the leading and decision-making body of the school enrollment work, and its main responsibility is to reform the school enrollment system and mechanism; Formulate the enrollment charter and decide on major enrollment matters; Supervise the enrollment work fairly, justly and openly; Determine the requirements of the subjects selected for the ordinary high school level examination of each major (category). Article 6 The Admissions Office is the permanent institution of the school's enrollment work. Its main duties are: under the leadership of the school's Admissions Committee, to implement the enrollment policies of the Ministry of Education and the Department of Education, and to be specifically responsible for organizing and implementing the enrollment work of the school's general higher education.

Article 7 Schools shall employ celebrities with considerable credibility and social influence, public media reporters and parents of students who are concerned about undergraduate enrollment as social supervisors, and supervise fair, just and open enrollment together with the school discipline inspection and supervision departments.

Chapter IV Admission Conditions

Article 8 The standard of physical examination for enrollment in our school shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment in Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Guiding Opinions) and relevant supplementary provisions, with the following supplements: ① Candidates suffer from six major diseases listed in Article 1 of the Guiding Opinions, and our school will not accept them. (2) Candidates suffering from color blindness and color weakness listed in Article 2 of the Guidance will not be admitted to engineering, science and medicine in our school; Those who can't accurately identify the wires, keys, signal lights and geometric figures in any color of red, yellow, green, blue and purple will not be admitted to the majors of engineering, science, medicine and management in our school. (3) Candidates suffering from any one of the items listed in Article 3 of the Guidance Opinion whose vision is corrected to 4.8 lenses with a power greater than 800 degrees (or the vision of the other eye is corrected to 4.8 lenses with a power greater than 400 degrees) are not recommended to apply for engineering, science and medicine majors in our school, but management majors can apply; Those with binaural hearing less than 3 meters (or those with one ear hearing less than 5 meters and the other ear completely deaf) are not recommended to apply for medical majors in our school; Those with strabismus, slow sense of smell and stuttering are not recommended to apply for medical majors in our school. Article 9 In view of the particularity of medical and health services, candidates with trunk and limbs disabilities are not encouraged to apply for medical majors in our school. Freshmen should have a physical examination after entering school. If the examination results are inconsistent with the information provided at the time of admission, the school will adjust the major according to the actual physical condition of the students in accordance with the relevant regulations of the higher authorities until they return to their original places, and hold the parties and medical examiners accountable. Article 10 As all major public foreign language courses in our school are college English, minority language candidates are invited to apply carefully. Article 11 No gender ratio is stipulated in each major.

Chapter V Admission Rules

Twelfth schools in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the province (city, autonomous region) admissions institutions designated admission batches and filing qualification line, independent remote online admission. The first batch, the second batch and the college entrance examination of undergraduate skills were recruited in Hubei Province. Article 14 Candidates who enter the archives shall arrange their majors according to the principle of "voluntary priority": determine the first choice of candidates to apply for majors from high scores to low scores, and then arrange the second choice to the sixth choice in turn. Candidates who have not filled in their volunteers but have switched files will be arranged according to the admission situation of each major until the professional plan is completed. If there are the same scores, science candidates refer to their comprehensive scores in science and liberal arts candidates refer to their comprehensive scores in liberal arts.

The admission rules of provinces (cities, autonomous regions) with special provisions for the college entrance examination are as follows: Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implements the admission rules of "queuing for admission according to professional volunteers within the enrollment plan 1: 1"; The admission of candidates from provinces (cities, autonomous regions) that implement the new college entrance examination reform follows the principle of source of students and implements the relevant policies of the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) where they are located.

Fifteenth candidates who do not obey the professional adjustment, in the case of their professional volunteers can not meet, the school will be dismissed. Sixteenth schools do not accept candidates who do not fill in their volunteers and do not obey the adjustment of colleges and universities.

Chapter VI Admission of Freshmen

Article 17. Freshmen who are admitted to our school must go through the admission formalities with their original admission ticket and admission notice within the specified time, and those who have incomplete procedures will not go through the registration formalities. If it is not reported within the time limit, it shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.

Article 19 After new students enter the school, our school will examine their qualifications. Those who fail to pass the examination shall be dealt with according to the relevant regulations of the superior. Anyone who practices fraud will be disqualified from admission.

Chapter VII Reward and Relief Measures

Twentieth according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and Hubei Provincial Department of Education, combined with the actual situation of our school, the scholarship system is implemented for full-time ordinary students. The national scholarship is organized and implemented by the college in strict accordance with the relevant spirit of the national and provincial education departments and in line with the principles of openness, justice and fairness. The proportion of school scholarships is about 24%, and the proportion of national scholarships and scholarships is about 37%.

Article 21 In order to help students from poor families enter school smoothly and complete their studies, the school has established a complete financial aid system for poor students, including credit loans from students' places of origin, national scholarships, and smooth "green channels", as well as comprehensive poverty alleviation measures such as work-study programs, "sunshine talent project", subsidies for poor freshmen, temporary difficulties, winter shelter subsidies, basic medical insurance for urban residents of college students, and health and safety insurance for college students.

Article 22 According to the Notice of the General Office of the Provincial People's Government on Forwarding Several Measures to Further Care for and Encourage Front-line Medical Staff in COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control (No.6 [2020] of Hubei Provincial Government Office), children of medical students who participated in the front-line medical work against COVID-19 epidemic can apply for the undergraduate major in our hospital in 2020 and be admitted. After being admitted according to the candidates' wishes, they can transfer their majors in the same batch according to the rules of transferring schools to majors.

Chapter VIII Employment and Continuing Education

Twenty-third students who have completed their studies and passed the examination will be awarded the national unified graduation certificate of ordinary colleges and universities, and the employment registration certificate will be issued by the employment guidance service center of college graduates in Hubei Province. Those who meet the conditions for conferring a degree shall be awarded a bachelor's degree certificate.

Article 24 Under the guidance of the national employment policy, graduates of our school are recommended by the college to be employed in various medical and health institutions or other units throughout the country, and employers meet with graduates in supply and demand and make two-way choices. The school holds two large-scale campus job fairs and dozens of supply-demand meetings every year, making full use of new media to actively recommend our graduates for employment. According to the principle of "two-way choice", we will try our best to help graduates find jobs in national medical and health institutions or other units. Rural order-oriented free medical students must report to the corresponding units according to the employment agreement signed at the time of enrollment.

Twenty-fifth Hubei college (higher vocational) graduates can enter the corresponding undergraduate major for further study by taking the "college-upgraded" examination organized by our school according to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Provincial Department of Education.

Chapter IX Supplementary Provisions

Article 26 The school solemnly reminds candidates and their parents that the admissions office of our school does not predict the admission scores of our school in various places. The opinions of admissions propagandists and consultants are only for the reference of candidates and their parents, and any prediction about admission is not a formal commitment of our school.

Article 27 These Articles of Association are applicable to undergraduate enrollment in our university, which shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office and come into force as of the date of promulgation. Where there is any conflict between the previous enrollment documents of our school and the Articles of Association, the Articles of Association shall prevail.
