1. After arriving at the training institution, find the party concerned and the person in charge to negotiate and apply for a refund.

2. If negotiation fails, you can take the evidence to the Education Bureau for complaint handling. They are all registered and will give a reasonable result.

3. Regardless of the Education Bureau, the evidence of direct appeal needs to be sufficient.
