2. Establish the value orientation of administration according to law, and improve the concept of civil servants being in power for the people. To be in power for the people, we must serve the people, be fair to the people, be pragmatic and honest, always share the same breath with the people, share the same destiny, and be heart-to-heart, and resolutely oppose abusing power for personal gain to separate from the masses. First of all, in the administrative concept, administration according to law should take into account both public and private interests. Civil servants' administration according to law must adhere to the basic value orientation of safeguarding and realizing the fundamental interests of the people, and maintain the fundamental interests of the people throughout their work. Civil servants' administration according to law should reflect the consistency between the will of the state and the will of the people, the consistency between being responsible to the superior and being responsible to the people, always put the people's interests first, truly love the people, use their power for the people and make profits for the people, and avoid the narrow sense of service limited to pure public welfare or simple self-interest. 3. Improve the administrative supervision mechanism and strengthen the supervision of civil servants' administration according to law.
