4 The preparation of the project construction schedule network plan has obvious logic, which can not only clearly express the work content and time arrangement in the project control schedule, but also clearly express the internal relations and constraints between the work, and can use digital methods to analyze and optimize the plan, so the network plan has better and more advantages than the horizontal plan.
