First, you plan the market value of your enterprise in five years. You triple your investor's capital, plus his registration and capital. Then, you can work out how many shares he can get.

Second, you should set up a team fund. Most of the training is done by employees. You should take out about 20% of the shares and set up a team award fund. Remember, the management right of this fund lies with you, and the dividends of the fund can be accumulated as a reward, which can be used to run the activities of the team. Another purpose is to dilute your shares with shareholders and avoid conflicts, while you still control the enterprise.

Third, own shares. You control the fate of the company. In fact, it doesn't matter how many shares you have, but you must make shareholders look like you want to do something, not make money from shares. Therefore, your share of dividends can be higher than that of your shareholders, but it is best not to exceed 15%, so the share of shareholders will be diluted and your share will not be much. In this way, it seems that everyone is more comfortable and works harder. Especially with team funds, so you can recruit more people!
