In order to prevent, control and eliminate the occurrence and prevalence of infectious diseases in our school and ensure the health of teachers, students and employees in our school, we have implemented the policy of putting prevention first, combining prevention with control, classified management, relying on science and relying on the masses, so as to make the management of infectious diseases in our school regular. First, management organization.

Second, rules and regulations.

Including epidemic reporting system, epidemic registration system, outpatient medical record log system, infectious disease management system, infectious disease reporting system, infectious disease management and inspection system, infectious disease data archiving system, infectious disease management reward and punishment system, epidemic confidentiality system, triage desk work system, disinfection and isolation system and personal protection system. The registration system of patients in fever clinic, the work system of isolation observation room, the work system of intestinal clinic and the work system of infectious disease management department make the management of infectious diseases have laws to follow and evidence to check.
Third, personnel responsibilities
From hospital leaders to relevant personnel in infectious disease management, there is a specific division of labor, with clear division of labor, mutual cooperation and clear responsibilities. There are special personnel responsible for epidemic reporting, epidemic registration, infectious disease management, infectious disease management inspection, infectious disease data archiving, and infectious disease management rewards and punishments. The Infectious Diseases Management Section also carried out specific division of labor on planned immunization of infectious diseases, management of infectious diseases, inspection of epidemic situation reports, visits, supervision and investigation of death cases, and achieved their respective responsibilities in an orderly manner.

Our school has set up a leading group for the prevention of public health emergencies headed by the principal, and a leading group for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases headed by the dean, a medical first aid group and an emergency rescue group for public health emergencies. All outpatient clinics and emergency rooms have filled out outpatient logs. Outpatient service logs shall be counted once a month, and the statistical data shall be sent to the health care department before 26th, and the health care department shall be responsible for the statistics by a special person, and reported to the health administrative department at a higher level.
In May and September every year, the epidemic management and report quality of our hospital are inspected by Yuelu District Epidemic Prevention Station or the Municipal Epidemic Prevention Station, and they are subject to the criticism and guidance of the competent department. Check the intestinal outpatient department and related departments every month, check the epidemic situation once, and record the situation in detail for future reference. The dean of business and the director of health care department conduct irregular inspections on the management of epidemic report in our hospital.
The hospital stipulates that those who meet the following conditions shall be commended and rewarded:
1. There are four aspects of epidemic management: ① leaders are responsible; (2) someone is responsible; (3) a sound management system (including reporting, inspection, rewards and punishments, etc.). ); (4) There is a registration system for visits to infectious diseases and epidemics.

Violation of the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Infectious Disease Prevention Law" and the epidemic reporting system will be punished according to its nature, circumstances and the degree of harm to the school:
