According to the regulations of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the secretary of the board of directors and securities representatives of listed companies shall, in principle, participate in the follow-up training of the secretary of the board of directors organized by the exchange at least once every two years.

According to the regulations of Shanghai Stock Exchange, in principle, the secretary of a listed company should attend the follow-up training for the secretary of the board of directors organized by the exchange at least once every two years. The secretary of the board of directors of listed companies in informed criticism shall participate in the latest follow-up training for the secretary of the board of directors organized by this Exchange.

If the follow-up training hours are not completed as required, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange may revoke the qualification certificate of the secretary of the board of directors.
