Walking into the kindergarten of the fourth agricultural division made me feel particularly cordial, because I learned a lot in the kindergarten, especially the professionalism of Secretary Qiu in preschool education, the momentum of gathering sources, and the frontline teachers who did their best for the kindergarten of the fourth agricultural division. Every time I go to kindergarten, I have different feelings, and this time I have gained a lot:

However, it is a misunderstanding that our kindergarten has stepped into the tendency of "primary school" because of the professional quality of teachers and the outdated parenting concept of parents. 3. Artistic atmosphere. The environmental design and regional decoration of the whole teacher's kindergarten embodies a sense of concept and design. The exhibition of art works in the corridor is not only beautiful and rich in layout, but also the forms of children's works are various. 2. The development of kindergartens can not be separated from the support of league leaders and teachers' education bureau. Although * * * attaches great importance to preschool education, pays attention to its development and gives some support in policy, the development of preschool education in our league school is very limited because of the shortage of funds, poor economic conditions and low tuition fees. How I hope * * * can give more support to preschool education, solve practical problems such as salary, professional title and teacher training for our teaching staff, and better ensure the healthy and sustainable development of kindergartens.

In April, I went to the annual kindergarten open day organized by the Education Bureau. On June 4th, 65438, xx Education Center organized kindergarten teachers to visit and study in xx kindergarten. The second experimental kindergarten Xx of this bureau is a provincial model kindergarten. The arrangement of the class opening activities is as follows: in the morning, the person in charge of the kindergarten introduces the basic situation of the kindergarten and the teaching and scientific research work, then observes the happy sports activities of four small classes, then visits the kindergarten class environment, and finally observes the teacher discussion activities held in the park; In the afternoon, the business director mainly discussed the teaching and research management of kindergartens and how to solve the problems encountered in teaching and research activities at different levels.
Through the visit, first of all, I think the "Happy Sports" project in Cai Sheng No.2 Kindergarten is much better than the "Green Kindergarten" project in our kindergarten. For example, the painting of Olympic icons and children's sports photos on the external walls of kindergartens can clearly reflect the characteristics and significance of happy sports in parks. The reasonable division of their outdoor venues is also worthy of our reference-for example, the venue is divided into car area, ball area, drilling and climbing area, sand playing area, throwing area and so on. And children play outdoors in an orderly way and don't interfere with each other. Especially when entering the gazebo not far from the garden, cotton cloth is wrapped around the pillars for children to climb; Sandbags, balls, etc. Hanging on the top for the children to play.
The corridor in the teaching building and the environmental construction of each class also have their own merits, and the environmental construction that impressed me the most is:
The theme of "I love oil field" is decorated on the heating cover of 1 hall, and the pages painted with ink-the picturesque morning light, the iron man spirit passed down from generation to generation, the comparison between the past and the present, and the footprints of the winners represent the classic pictures of the oil field. Although I am in an oil field, children now know too little about Shengli Oilfield.
There are many pictures of children's songs on the wall of the garden corridor, such as "children's good habit-keep exercising, I don't step on the small lawn, I don't forget to cut my nails frequently, I don't throw peels around, I don't eat vegetables". At the top of the corridor, there are some famous sayings that encourage children to decorate themselves with linen and bubble sheets at regular intervals, such as: I'm really fine, I can do it myself. I think it is very good to use it in our daily green three children's meeting.
Every class has a corner.-Did you drink water today? Children in large, middle and small classes have a unified optimal drinking schedule and daily drinking quantity. Every class is decorated with snack boxes, toothpaste boxes, cigarette cases and paper cups. Insert several straws of various colors into six big boxes respectively. Each color of straw represents a sign of drinking water after group activities, physical exercise, siesta, outdoor activities, games and other activities. Photos or numbers can be pasted on the small box, so that children can insert the corresponding color of straw into the box as a sign of drinking water. It's beautiful, and teachers and parents can see it at a glance, which is convenient for supervision.

Today is a sunny day, and it is also an unforgettable and beneficial day for us. Early this morning, the kindergarten directors in Xinhua District visited the kindergarten under the leadership of Director Chen.
First, we went to the kindergarten in No.2 Mine. Teachers' daily work is very solid. Through every wall, unique pendants and decorations in every corridor are reflected. The layout in the classroom comes from the careful design of teachers and the children's masterpieces. Especially on the wall next to the classroom door of each class, a series of childlike paper-cuts attract us, which makes people feel that the environmental construction concept of this kindergarten pays attention to environmental education.
