The free end of the scaffold needs specific calculation. When calculating the number of scaffolding in beam-slab structure, column and beam components should be distinguished according to the calculation rules, and the corresponding scaffolding quota should be calculated and applied. All the factors need to be considered. The calculation method is indoor ceiling decoration (including leveling and whitewashing) and scaffolding.

The method is calculated according to the indoor net area, that is, the net length of the indoor structure is multiplied by the net width of the structure, and the area is calculated by area, without deducting the area occupied by the attached wall columns, piles and internal independent columns. In addition, the scaffold quantity is equal to the indoor net length × indoor net width.

Precautions for climbing frame

1. Operators who operate climbing frame lifting must be strictly trained and hold valid certificates. Set post responsibilities according to flight position, and determine unified contact signals and command orders.

2. When the climbing frame is lifted, there is no construction load on the climbing frame, and the stacked materials and sundries should be removed in time to prevent falling objects from hurting people and put an end to potential safety hazards.

3. During the climbing frame lifting operation, construction work shall not be carried out on the outer frame, and irrelevant personnel shall not stay on the climbing frame.
