Which institutions should be certified to make Danshen into Danshen tea?
Mainly through the certification bodies, the inspectors are entrusted to inspect and audit all links in the process of planting, processing and selling organic tea, and the authoritative quality inspection institutions are entrusted to conduct necessary sampling inspection on the samples. The certification of organic tea is a continuous process. Under normal circumstances, the process of planting, processing, storage, transportation and trade of organic tea is reviewed at least once a year, and unannounced visits are conducted. The links involved in the certification and inspection of organic tea include: ecological environment of organic tea garden, soil and fertilizer management, pest control, fresh leaf picking and transportation, tea processing and packaging, storage and transportation, product sales and many other quality tracking links.

Generally speaking, certification bodies must meet the following conditions:

1, must be independent of producers and traders, and carry out certification work in the principle of fairness, justice and openness.

2. There must be a team of inspectors who are familiar with tea production and have knowledge of organic food production and management, a certification committee must be established, and they must have the ability to detect and manage tea quality indicators and hygiene indicators, or rely on product quality supervision and inspection institutions recognized by the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision to detect tea quality indicators and hygiene indicators.

In the process of organic tea certification, inspectors are the "eyes" of certification bodies and consumers. On the one hand, the certification applicant meets the standards of organic tea planting and processing, on the other hand, it is more important to test the quality index of the final product through necessary testing means, and on the other hand, to evaluate whether the applicant's production process is really produced in an organic way through on-the-spot inspection, hearing, feeling and supervision of the inspectors. Therefore, the requirements for inspectors must be very strict.

First, the inspector must go through the organic inspection training of the certification body, pass the examination and obtain the certificate of organic inspector before becoming an inspector.

Second, the examiner must be a person who makes a fair and independent evaluation of the applicant according to the certification standard of organic tea. The inspector shall not be an employee of any party to the licensed product transaction, nor shall he be an employee of a company that has any economic interest in the licensed product. An inspector shall not work or hold a post for the applicant within one year before/after the inspection.

Thirdly, the examiner's comments and suggestions on the applicant are limited to helping the applicant understand the standards of organic tea and put forward suggestions for improvement. During the certification year, inspectors are not allowed to provide technical consultation and services to applicants for extra consulting fees, otherwise, not only the qualification of inspectors will be cancelled, but also the organic tea certification of the unit consulted by inspectors will be cancelled.

Fourth, there is an equal and trusting relationship between the inspector and the inspected unit. Where business secrets and special technical secrets are involved, the inspector shall sign an agreement with the inspected unit to keep business secrets and technical secrets.

Fifth, the inspector is entrusted by the certification body to conduct on-site inspection of the applicant and submit the inspection report to the certification body. Inspectors shall submit inspection reports to the Certification Committee and make suggestions on whether to issue certificates. Inspectors shall not inspect a unit for more than 2 years.
