This training adheres to the guiding ideology of "keeping pace with the times, carrying forward the style of study, putting people first and practicing hard", the basic principles of "integrating theory with practice, combining business with politics, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and applying what they have learned", and adopts the method of "combining amateur self-study with centralized training, and combining examinations with field tests". Through self-study, training and examinations of employees, the professional quality and technical level of employees are effectively improved, and constantly.
Second, organize and lead.
In order to do a good job in employee training, it is decided to set up a leading group for employee training of Hezhang County Rural Credit Cooperatives.
The main responsibilities of the leading group are: to formulate training plans, organize teaching materials, and carry out on-the-job learning, technical competitions, training and assessment. (2) Cashier post: (cash cashier, checker)

2. Meeting part: banknote counting, appraisal and cash flow analysis report.
(3) savings posts (savings post personnel)

(4) Credit positions (loan officer, deputy director of the site, clerk of the business development department)

2. Meeting part: various loan business operations, loan investigation reports and credit analysis reports.
(five) comprehensive posts (director of credit cooperatives, office, audit department, supervision and security clerk)

Four. Training scope
Cadres and workers under their jurisdiction should participate in study and training. Cadres and workers under the age of 45 (including 45) for men and 40 (including 40) for women must take part in the assessment.

The training is divided into four stages:

Six, scoring standards and rewards and punishment measures.
Implement a percentage assessment system. Should know the part accounted for 60 points, should know the part accounted for 40 points. More than 60 points (including 60 points) are qualified, and more than 80 points (including 80 points) are excellent. Make-up exam below 60 points. Those who violate the examination rules will be counted as O points.
