(1) Training for new employees should start with the most intuitive and direct information, and then introduce more general organizational policies and rules and regulations to ensure that the speed of providing information makes new employees feel comfortable.
(2) The most important part of the new employee training plan is people-related issues, that is, let new employees know their superiors and colleagues, tell them how long it will take to meet the requirements of work standards, and encourage them to seek help and advice from others when necessary.
(3) Senior employees or superiors around new employees should provide them with help and guidance. At the beginning of new employees, these people should be able to answer all kinds of questions raised by new employees and keep close contact with them.
(4) Help new employees get in touch with colleagues and leaders. We should introduce new employees to the people who will work with them one by one, instead of introducing them to everyone on the first day of employment.
(5) Before putting forward higher work requirements for new employees, we should have enough time to get familiar with the work.
