3. Unemployment insurance benefits

Unemployed persons who have been insured for more than one year and have involuntarily interrupted their employment may apply to the unemployment insurance agency for unemployment insurance benefits. Among them, if the employer and I pay more than 1 year but less than 5 years, the longest period for receiving unemployment insurance benefits is 12 months. If the accumulated payment is over 5 years but less than 10 years, the longest period for receiving unemployment insurance benefits is 18 months. If the accumulated payment exceeds 10 years, the longest period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits is 24 months.

4. Unemployment allowance and temporary living allowance

Units that recruit people with employment difficulties to pay social insurance premiums will subsidize the basic old-age insurance premiums, basic medical insurance premiums and unemployment insurance premiums actually paid by people with employment difficulties through public welfare posts.

Give a certain amount of social insurance subsidies to the social insurance premiums paid by people with employment difficulties after flexible employment, and the subsidy standard shall not exceed 2/3 of the actual payment in principle. The period of social insurance subsidies for people with employment difficulties can be extended to retirement except for those whose legal retirement age is less than five years, and the longest period for other people is not more than three years.

7. Apprenticeship allowance

College graduates who have not been employed within two years after leaving school, and unemployed young people aged 16-24 who have participated in employment internships, are given a certain standard employment internship subsidy to pay the basic living expenses during the internship, handle personal accident insurance for interns, and guide and manage the internship.

Units with a retention rate of more than 50% after the expiration of the probation period may be appropriately applied to improve the subsidy standard for probation. If no labor contract has been signed with college graduates during the probation period, the probation subsidy for the remaining period will be given to the probation unit.
