The physical education senior high school entrance examination from March to May is a unified evaluation model to evaluate the physical quality of junior high school graduates through unified tests, that is, by measuring sports performance and measuring the current height, vital capacity and weight. The physical education entrance examination time is generally from March to May every year, and the time varies from place to place. Examination results affect students' promotion to high school.

In 2023, the on-site examination of the senior high school entrance examination in Beijing was adjusted to a qualified examination, and the students passed the examination, and the qualified score was full marks.

(1) Field equipment specifications and setting requirements:

The field is set on the flat ground or independent football field in the middle of track and field, and the surface is natural or artificial lawn (non-smooth hard ground). The venues are independent of each other to avoid mutual interference during the examination. The setting requirements are as follows:

It is 30 meters long and 4 meters wide, and obvious marking lines are set around the site. The sign post should be set 5 meters before the starting line. The distance between the sign pole and the sideline on both sides is 2m, with 5 * * *, and the distance between poles is 5m. Candidates' starting area is the middle of the starting line 1 m.

Boys 1000 meters, girls 800 meters;

(1) on the 200-meter or 400-meter circular runway.

(2) Stop and start. Starting from the arc starting line, crossing the starting line before the starting password is issued is a foul. Forget the runway after the start. Don't step into the left track line during running, and follow the rules of overtaking track and field on the right. During the examination, the examinee has no foul phenomenon, and the result is recorded as valid. Don't push, pull or stop others from running in, and don't run instead of others. Run in with the help of others.

(3) Candidates run the whole course in 6 minutes, and record the results according to the minutes and seconds recorded by the stopwatch, less than one second is not counted. If you don't finish running within 6 minutes, the examiner will take the candidate off the runway, and the time will be treated as 6 minutes, with a score of 0.

(4) Candidates are divided into about 15 people, and each candidate has one exam opportunity.

Basketball:

(1) field equipment

The proving ground is 20 meters long and 7 meters wide. Sign poles are set 5 meters behind the starting line, with 2 poles in each row, and the distance between the center points of the base of each row of sign poles is 3 meters, with a total of 5 rows; The distance between the center points of two sign posts in each row is 1m, which is 3m away from the same side edge.

The test equipment includes stopwatch, starting whistle, 30m tape measure, 10 marker pole (the pole height is not less than 1.2m) and basketball (in line with national standards).

(2) Test method

After the starting (finishing) line, the subjects stand with the ball. After hearing the starting password, they dribble the ball in the direction shown by the arrow and cross the hurdles in turn. After the starter gives the order, the watch starts to time. Only when the subject and the ball return to the starting (finishing) line can the watch stop and the time end. Every candidate has a chance to take an exam. Record the test results in seconds, accurate to one decimal place. If the second decimal place is not "0", enter 1.
