The training of the Red Cross includes first aid training, health care training and cooking training.

1. First-aid training: First-aid training is one of the core training contents of the Red Cross, covering cardiopulmonary resuscitation, hemostasis, the use of first-aid kits, and common methods for dealing with medical emergencies such as wounds and syncope. 2.
