It is the right and obligation of workers to receive vocational training and improve their vocational skills. The date of employment refers to the date when workers begin to accept the management of the employer and engage in the work arranged by the employer.

The employer arranges the laborers to participate in the pre-job training, and the labor relationship is established from the day when the laborers participate in the training. In addition, if the company organizes employee training in non-working hours, as long as it exceeds the normal working hours of the workers, it will be regarded as overtime, and the employer shall pay the overtime pay in full.

Article 19 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * If the term of the labor contract is more than three months but less than one year, the probation period shall not exceed one month; If the term of the labor contract is more than one year but less than three years, the probation period shall not exceed two months; The probation period of a labor contract with a fixed term of more than three years or without a fixed term shall not exceed six months.
