What are the inspection items before filling acetylene bottles?
Check the acetylene cylinders one by one, and remove the dirt and foreign matter on the cylinders.

Check whether the bottle body is burnt, deformed, and the coating is burnt (except the patent skin is blistered), and the bottle valve or fusible alloy is blocked with signs of fusible alloy melting and acetylene tempering.

Check whether the acetylene bottle has passed the inspection period.

Check the acetylene bottle body for cracks, bulges, depressions, deformation or scratches, and check whether there are cracks in the base splicing weld.

Check the corrosion of acetylene bottles, especially the bottom and side seams of acetylene bottles.

Check whether the valves and accessories of acetylene cylinder are defective or damaged.

Check whether the color of acetylene bottle falls off and becomes discolored; If the color of the gas cylinder is wrong, carefully check whether it is an acetylene cylinder. If the bottle is new, it should be vacuumed and supplemented with acetone.

When opening the valve of the gas cylinder and measuring the gas residual pressure with the residual pressure gauge, check whether the inner core and valve stem of the gas cylinder are in good condition and do not slip.
