Mermaid diving maximum depth is not more than 5 meters. In the teaching system of SSI, neither the mermaid course nor the mermaid instructor course should exceed 5 meters. Because not every mermaid has the ability to hold her breath, balance her ear pressure, save herself and rescue her companions below 5 meters.

If you take the mermaid course and the free diving course, and go down to10m with the mermaid tail on, it doesn't mean that the mermaid can go down to10m, but your free diving level allows you to go down to10m safely and return to the surface safely. When diving, your partner should have the same ability to provide at least the same depth of rescue and care throughout the journey.

The mermaid course doesn't need to go deep, you don't need to hold your breath for a long time, dive vertically into the water, and the elusive Franz Zor pressure balance. Just put on fishtail and other equipment, hold your breath, put your head into the water, straighten your instep, exert your strength at your waist, and your thighs drive your calves, swimming rhythmically and smiling.
