However, the uncivilized behaviors such as spitting, littering, jaywalking, stopping and misplacing, pasting, painting, building, setting up stalls, occupying roads and walking pets in the streets and lanes of Zunyi left some embarrassment and regret for the Chinese and foreign guests and friends who came here temporarily. These uncivilized phenomena have damaged our home where we live together and damaged the reputation of "turning city, conference capital" and "historical city". The "One Construction and Two Innovations" activity being carried out in the whole city is not only an important measure to build a harmonious Zunyi in an all-round way, but also our common expectation and responsibility. To this end, we propose the following initiatives:
