Class C safety training institutions refer to the institutions designated by state administration of work safety to specialize in safety production training. According to China's "Management Measures for Safety Training of Special Operators", special operators need to receive corresponding training before they can engage in special operations. These special operations include aerial work, lifting operation, blasting operation and boiler operation.
