Located in the tiger's mouth of the back of the hand, between the thumb of the back of the hand and the wishbone of the forefinger, that is, the joint of the first metacarpal bone and the second metacarpal bone, it communicates with Chongxian point, and Guling point is one of the most commonly used acupuncture points in Dongshi.
Indications: sciatica, lumbago, foot pain, hemiplegia, bone swelling, irregular meridians of women, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, dystocia, backache, tinnitus, deafness, migraine, intestinal pain and dizziness.
Acupuncture method and application: the depth of acupuncture is five minutes to two inches, which can pass through Chongxian point. You can also stab it obliquely for two to three inches. Pregnant women can't have injections. Therefore, acupoints have a strong contractive effect on uterus.
Acupoint: between the jaw of the back of hand and the wishbone of thumb and forefinger, that is, the joint of the first metacarpal and the second metacarpal. Communicate with Zhongxian point.
Anatomy: There are dorsal veins and superficial branches of radial nerve in the superficial layer. The metacarpal nerve, pulmonary branch nerve and cardiorenal nerve inherent in the median nerve are deeply distributed.

Indications: pneumonia, emphysema, lung cancer, sciatica, lumbago, leg pain, facial paralysis, hemiplegia, headache, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, dystocia, coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, gastric and duodenal ulcer, pyelonephritis, enteritis, facial scar, eye disease, tinnitus and deafness.
Acupuncture and Moxibustion: One or two inches of straight fist can penetrate Chongxian point. You can also stab it obliquely for two or three inches.
Needle sensation: local soreness and numbness. Pregnant women are forbidden to have injections, so acupoints have a strong contractive effect on the uterus, and they are afraid of miscarriage.

(1) When treating lung cancer, emphysema and hydronephrosis, Dabai, Xinchang 1, 2, 3 points are used, which is miraculous.
(2) Hemiplegia with Dabai, Shangsanhuang, Tongshen, Tongguan, Tongbei, Tongshan and Zheng Hui points.
(3) The special effects of Jinmen and Huasi on dysmenorrhea.
Dabai point
Locate the middle point of the wishbone between the back of hand and thumb and forefinger, one inch outside Hegu point on the 14th meridian, and one inch away from Guling point.
Indications: sciatica caused by asthma, high fever and pulmonary insufficiency in children.
Acupuncture and acupuncture at four to six points or triangular needles are used to treat asthma, high fever and acute pneumonia in children. Pregnant women can't have injections.
Acupoint: between the first metacarpal bone and the second metacarpal bone of the back of hand, one inch away from Guling point. Permeable baryon point.

Needle method: straight to five points-one and a half inches. Or treat children's asthma, high fever and pneumonia with triangular needles.
Needle sensation: tingling sensation.
Application: This point combined with Gu Ling is widely used in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. If a person suffers from qi stagnation and qi deficiency, it will lead to blood stasis. Blood stasis leads to upper energizer, leading to lung disease and chest obstruction; Abdominal pain is caused by blood stasis, and gynecological diseases are caused by blood stasis. Blood stasis in meridians leads to joint pain, rheumatism and hemiplegia; Stagnation of blood stasis leads to temperament changes and nervous system diseases. Therefore, using Guling point and Dabai point to ventilate and replenish qi can dissipate stagnation and remove blood stasis.
