Enterprise training can generally be divided into three categories: on-the-job training, off-job training and comprehensive training. There are five main ways of on-the-job training: job consultation, job rotation, group learning, enterprise counseling and self-help training. Off-the-job training mainly includes classroom teaching, online training, situational training, anchored training and actual combat simulation. There are eight kinds of comprehensive training: demonstration, testing, illusion composition, communication, brainstorming, role-playing, practice and case analysis.
