At present, the national unified examination for human resource qualification certification is divided into three levels: hr administrator (national level 4), assistant human resource manager (national level 3), human resource manager (national level 2), and senior human resource manager (national level 1) has not been included in the national unified examination.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Security stipulates that China will fully implement the employment access and vocational qualification certificate system within five years. Human resource managers have been included in the national unified examination project, and their employees have obtained national vocational qualification certificates, mastered solid theoretical knowledge and have strong practical operation ability, which has become industry knowledge. Relevant study and training is imperative.

I. Introduction to the Examination

According to the national professional standards, the occupations of enterprise human resource managers are divided into hr administrator (national professional qualification level 4), assistant human resource manager (national professional qualification level 3) and human resource manager (national professional qualification level 2).

1, test time

The national unified examination is held twice a year in May and 1 1 month respectively. The examination content is divided into theoretical knowledge and professional ethics (the examination time is 150 minutes) and professional skills (the examination time is 120 minutes), and the examination is completed in one day.

2. Certificate

In accordance with the principle of "social benefit first, quality first", on the premise of voluntary participation, we will implement dual certification of vocational qualifications, unify national standards, textbooks, propositions, appraisal time and certification. Those who pass the examination shall be awarded the corresponding vocational qualification certificate by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, and the unified number registration management and online inquiry of the Ministry of Labor in official website shall be implemented. It is a legal and valid certificate for the relevant personnel to apply for a job, hold a post and be promoted, including going abroad, which can be recorded in files and used nationwide.

3. Training materials

Basic Knowledge of Enterprise Human Resource Managers, Job Requirements (Volume I and Volume II), Common Law (published by China Labor and Social Security Publishing House) and Professional Ethics (published by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security).

4. Application method

(1) Pre-test training: according to the existing conditions of the individual, declare the training of the designated teaching materials at the corresponding level.

(2) Appraisal declaration: After the pre-test training, the training institution is responsible for reporting candidates' information to the labor department and organizing participation in the national unified examination appraisal.

Second, the reporting conditions

(1) Assistant to Human Resource Manager (one of the following conditions is enough)

1. After obtaining the vocational qualification certificate of hr administrator, he has been engaged in his own work for more than 2 years continuously and obtained the graduation certificate after formal training.

2, with a college degree (including equivalent education), engaged in their own work for more than 3 years, after formal training, and obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.

3. Have a bachelor's degree (including equivalent education), have been engaged in their own work for more than 1 year, have received formal training, and have obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.

4. Obtain a master's degree in this major or related majors, receive formal training, and obtain a diploma.

5, with high school, technical secondary school education, engaged in the professional work for more than 8 years.

(2) Human resource manager (one of the following conditions is enough)

1. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of assistant human resource manager, he has been engaged in his own work for more than 3 years, and obtained the graduation (completion) certificate after formal training.

2, with a college degree, engaged in this occupation for more than 8 years, after formal training, and obtain a graduation (completion) certificate.

3, with a bachelor's degree (including equivalent education), engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years, after formal training, and obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.

4, with a master's degree (including equivalent education), engaged in this occupation for 3 years, after formal training, and obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.

5. Those who have a doctoral degree (including equivalent education), received formal training and obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.

6. Those who have been engaged in this occupation 10 for more than 0 years, have received formal training and obtained graduation (completion) certificates.

Third, the application materials

1. Fill in the Application Form for Vocational Qualification Appraisal in People's Republic of China (PRC) in duplicate.

2. Four one-inch color photos and two two-inch color photos.

3. Two copies of academic certificate and ID card.

4. Candidates for human resource management must prepare a work summary of more than 1500 words and a work-related paper of about 3,000 words.
