2) Data collection and analysis: For newcomers who have just entered the consulting industry, you will generally be responsible for data collection and collation. For example, when I first entered the consulting project of CUHK, I collected the sales of all competitors in the industry. Then I need to find out what are the main enterprises in the industry according to the sales volume, what is their respective market share, what percentage of the industry is a * * *, there are probably several leading enterprises in the industry, and what percentage of the industry is a * * *, so as to judge the concentration of the industry, and we can judge its competitive pattern by virtue of the concentration. It is a complete data analysis process to draw qualitative conclusions from quantitative analysis and derive business insights.

3) Language communication ability: In the process of work, communication ability is also very important, not only the ability to speak, but also the constant interaction with customers during the presentation. What you need to do is not only the fluency of language, but also the logical thinking ability and emotional intelligence behind communication.
