-remember the harvest of participating in the sixth training class of the Youth League School.

On may 20 1 1, our college launched the sixth training activity of the youth league school. As a student cadre, I have the honor to participate in this issue of the Youth League School. I learned a lot from the teacher's lecture that I had never touched before, and I also gained a lot of experience. These will be of great help to my future study, work and life. Through this training, I have a brand-new understanding and orientation of a student cadre. It can be said that this study made me face up to my identity as a student cadre again. At the same time, it sounded an alarm in my ear, suggesting that I should re-examine the identity and responsibility of student cadres. Combined with the learning content and my actual situation, I will report my personal experience to the College Youth League Committee as follows:

I think as a student cadre, one should be innovative, keep improving and keep pace with the times. When the special term student cadre is crowned to a student, it means a kind of responsibility, which means that he will have a mission different from other students.

Through the lecture by Secretary Li of the Communist Youth League Committee, I learned that student cadres should have 1. Excellent moral cultivation-"Thought is the forerunner of action". Therefore, having good ideological and moral cultivation is the primary quality that a student cadre should have. I think good ideological and moral cultivation should be achieved in the following aspects: first, change our words and correct our thoughts; The second is to be educated and suffer hardships; Third, we should think hard, think hard and think again; Fourth, we should dare to speak, do and act. 2. Reasonable knowledge structure-the foundation should be solid, the trunk should be strong, and the branches and leaves should be lush. 3. Through Li's Lecture on Etiquette Knowledge of Student Cadres, I know that words and deeds represent a person's image, and good words and deeds will give a good first impression and affect future exchanges. As a student cadre, this should be included in my compulsory course.

Through Fang's interpretation of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, I have a further understanding and deeper respect for the development of the motherland in recent years. In addition, I also realize that in my future work, I will follow the plan and finish the task on time, and what I can do today will be finished today.

Through Professor Zhao's official document writing training, I know that I will always be a student, which is an unchangeable essence. It is also for this reason that I have to keep pace with the times and never forget to learn, including advanced management experience, advanced organization methods and scientific and cultural knowledge. Student cadres should not be arrogant just because they are young, but should recharge their batteries in time to maintain their advanced nature.

Through Minister Chen's "Giving Full Play to the Important Role of Youth League Cadres in the Activities of Striving for Excellence", I realized that student cadres should be the subject of behavior, not a "stone mill". Doing nothing but performing tasks can only be a tool, and excellent student cadres should have positive and energetic qualities, actively recommend words, make suggestions for the development of various activities, and give full play to their subjective initiative.

Through how to improve the working ability of student cadres by Secretary Zhang, I know that action ability is the basis of several abilities and the basic ability that student cadres should have. Include 1. The planning and organizing ability of student cadres to carry out activities according to local conditions in their own work. Activities should be planned first, and the plan should be careful and meticulous. 2. Ability to cooperate. Team spirit is the guarantee of "fighting" of modern groups. Therefore, for a group, the cooperation ability of team members has a far-reaching impact on the team. The organization and completion of each activity cannot rely on the strength of a single student cadre, but on the full help and active cooperation of the members of the department and the students of the college-level student union.

Through the above study in the Youth League School, my thoughts have been improved, and I will strictly demand myself to do the following in my future work: 1.
