In order to optimize the structure of the teaching staff and promote the construction of a strong education area, through the research of the district party committee and the district government, 50 teachers were openly recruited and transferred to our district this year, of which 47 were openly recruited and 3 were openly transferred. At present, there are 14 primary school teachers, 10 township junior middle school teachers,10 experimental middle school teachers attached to Hunan Normal University (including 7 recruited and 3 transferred), 8 teachers from District No.1 Middle School, 2 teachers from District No.2 Middle School, 2 teachers from District No.6 Middle School and 3 teachers from District Vocational Technical Secondary School. ? Third, the registration conditions

(a) support the leadership of the China * * * production party, love socialism, love education, abide by the law, good conduct, good health, obey the arrangement, love life, love their jobs.

(2) Primary and secondary school teachers have the teacher qualification certificates of corresponding levels and disciplines.

(3) Primary and secondary school teachers' Putonghua level has reached the requirements of corresponding professional disciplines (Chinese, English and musicology have reached Grade II, while other disciplines have reached Grade II). Primary school English teachers have achieved CET-4 or above; Middle school English teachers have reached CET-6 or above.

(four) education, age and professional requirements:

1. Primary school teacher position: graduates with full-time college degree or above in corresponding professional disciplines who are under 30 years old, that is, born after1May, 9831June (and so on for other ages), and the age of graduate students is relaxed to under 35 years old.

2. Township junior high school teacher position: Facing the society (excluding in-service teachers in the district, the same below), graduates or in-service teachers with full-time bachelor degree or above in corresponding professional disciplines, under the age of 35.

3. The Star City Experimental Middle School affiliated to Hunan Normal University openly recruits junior high school teachers: in-service teachers or former graduates who face the society and have full-time undergraduate or postgraduate degrees in corresponding professional disciplines in normal universities and have more than one year of teaching experience in middle schools, among which in-service teachers with more than three years of track and field coaching experience in physical education are required, and in-service teachers with senior professional titles in biology are required. Under the age of 30, the age of graduate students is relaxed to under 35, and the age with senior middle school titles is relaxed to under 45.

Open selection of junior high school teachers: facing the society, middle schools are compiling in-service teachers. Have a full-time undergraduate degree or above in the corresponding professional disciplines of teachers' colleges (with senior middle school titles, the first degree is a full-time junior college in teachers' colleges, with a bachelor degree or above), have a first-level middle school title or above, have been engaged in middle school education and teaching for more than 6 years, have served as a graduating class for at least two sessions, and are under 40 years old. The age with senior middle school titles is relaxed to below 45 years old.

4. Teacher position in District No.1 Middle School: graduates or on-the-job teachers with full-time undergraduate or postgraduate degrees in the corresponding professional disciplines in normal universities, under the age of 35.

5. Teachers' positions in District No.2 Middle School and District No.6 Middle School: graduates or on-the-job teachers with full-time undergraduate or postgraduate degrees in corresponding professional disciplines in normal universities are under 35 years old.

6. Teachers' posts in district-level vocational middle schools facing the society. ① Automobile operation and maintenance major: with full-time college degree or above and intermediate vocational qualification certificate or above, under 30 years old; ② Mechanical Processing Technology Major: Bachelor degree or above, under 35 years old; ③ Tourism service and management major: with full-time bachelor degree or above (or full-time junior college with more than three years' working experience) and intermediate or above vocational qualification certificate, under the age of 30.

Four. Registration and qualification examination

(4) Relevant certificate requirements:

Applicants for primary and secondary school teacher positions should submit the following documents and photocopies at the time of preliminary qualification examination: ID card, graduation certificate or employment recommendation letter, teacher qualification certificate, Putonghua proficiency certificate, household registration book (primary school position), English proficiency certificate (English teacher position), professional and technical qualification certificate (related disciplines of Xingcheng Experimental Middle School affiliated to Hunan Normal University) and two recent 1 inch bareheaded photos.

To apply for the post of teacher in vocational secondary school in the district, you need to submit the following documents and their originals and photocopies: ID card, graduation certificate or employment recommendation letter, professional qualification certificate (automobile operation and maintenance major, foreign-related tourism and management major) and two recent 1 inch bareheaded photos.

Recruitment positions in primary and secondary schools

1. written test:

(1) See the admission ticket for the time and place of written examination.

(2) The ratio of the number of people planned for open recruitment to the number of applicants must reach 1: 3. Below this ratio, reduce or cancel the number of recruitment plans and transfer to other positions.

(3) The written test content is the professional knowledge that the recruitment position should have, and the full mark of the test paper is 100, and the test guidance book is not specified.

2. Trial teaching (interview):

(1) The time and place of trial teaching (interview) will be notified separately.

(2) The candidates for trial teaching (interview) are determined according to the number of recruitment plans and written test scores of each position from high to low according to the ratio of 1: 3. If it is lower than the above ratio, the number of recruitment plans for this position will be reduced or cancelled. Candidates who are absent from the test or score zero in the written test are not qualified for trial teaching (interview).

(3) Combination of trial teaching and interview, full score 100. The trial lecture mainly tests the ability of candidates to grasp the teaching content, use teaching means and organize classroom teaching, the effect of classroom teaching and the level of basic theory and professional knowledge. The interview mainly tests the applicant's appearance, behavior, thinking ability, Putonghua level (including oral English), adaptability and psychological quality.

3. Comprehensive score = written test score ×40%+ trial teaching (interview) ×60%. Those with the same comprehensive results will be given priority in teaching trial (interview).

(2) Recruitment positions in regional vocational middle schools

1. written test and trial teaching (interview): the relevant requirements are the same as those for recruitment positions in primary and secondary schools.

2. On-site operation: The on-site operation will be assessed immediately after the trial teaching (interview), and the on-site operation mainly tests the professional hands-on ability of candidates.

3. Comprehensive score = written test score ×40%+ trial teaching (interview) score ×30%+ operation score ×30%. Those with the same comprehensive results will be given priority in teaching trial (interview).

(3) The Xingcheng Experimental Middle School affiliated to Hunan Normal University publicly selected posts.

1. Trial teaching (interview): The written test will not be conducted in public, but only trial teaching (interview). The time, place and content of trial teaching (interview) are the same as those of recruitment positions in primary and secondary schools.

2. Trial teaching candidates (interview): Xingcheng Experimental Middle School affiliated to Hunan Normal University checks the trial teaching candidates. According to the materials submitted by the applicants, in principle, the candidates are determined according to the ratio of the number of plans to the number of applicants not less than 1:3, and reported to the office of the district leading group for teacher recruitment and transfer for approval.

3. The comprehensive score is the result of trial teaching (interview).

Sixth, physical examination

1. The candidates for physical examination are determined according to the comprehensive scores from high to low, and according to the ratio of the number of recruitment and transfer plans for each position 1: 1.

2. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) revised and issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Health.

Seven. survey

The office of the leading group for the open recruitment and transfer of teachers in the district shall read and review the files of qualified personnel in physical examination according to the regulations and conduct an investigation.

In the process of physical examination and inspection, if there are abstained or unqualified personnel, resulting in vacancies of candidates for inspection of recruitment positions, they will be replenished in equal amounts in turn according to the comprehensive scores of candidates for the same position (the same position will be replenished no more than twice).

VIII. Admission and Employment

1. After the inspection, according to the principle of merit-based admission, according to the number of job recruitment and transfer plans, the qualification will be re-examined according to the ratio of 1: 1, and the list of candidates to be recruited will be determined.

2. The list of persons to be employed shall be reviewed by the District Education Bureau, reviewed by the District People's Social Security Bureau, reported to the District Public Recruitment and transferred to the Teacher Work Leading Group for approval, and publicized on Wangcheng Public Information Network for one week. After publicity without objection, the relevant formalities will be formally handled.

3. Employees with in-service teacher status shall go through business transfer procedures in accordance with relevant regulations, and all employed teachers shall implement full-time employment contract system.

4. Those who fail to report on time will be disqualified.

5. Primary school teachers are arranged to teach in Dongcheng Town, Chating Town, Tongguan Town, Qiaokou Town, Getang Town and Bairuopu Town. Math and English teachers in township junior middle schools are assigned to Youren Middle School and Qiaokou Middle School respectively, physics teachers are assigned to Dongcheng Middle School, Meiyuan Middle School, Yuhong Middle School, Bairuo Middle School and Jinggang Middle School respectively, and chemistry teachers are assigned to Meiyuan Middle School, Xinkang Middle School, Tongguan Middle School and Jinggang Middle School respectively. For all positions with more than one recruiter, the recruiter will choose the school by himself according to the order of high comprehensive scores. The minimum service life of the selected teachers in this recruitment is 5 years (6 years in District No.1 Middle School).

6. All the teachers recruited and transferred this time are included in the full appropriation.

7. The applicant shall be responsible for the submitted materials. Anyone who practices fraud, once verified, will be disqualified from the examination and admission.
