6S management mainly includes six aspects: sorting, rectification, cleaning, cleaning, literacy and safety. Through studying and practicing 6S management, I have benefited a lot. Finishing is to distinguish between "want" and "don't" things, deal with "don't" things, make room and improve production efficiency. Rectification is to locate things according to regulations, sort them quantitatively, clearly mark them, and put an end to the waste of looking for them. Cleanliness refers to the immediate repair of dirt and equipment in the workplace when it is abnormal, so as to prevent the occurrence of pollution and make the deficiencies and shortcomings obvious, which is the basis of quality.
Cleaning is to institutionalize and standardize the above implementation and maintain the effect. Literacy means that everyone should act according to regulations, develop good habits and improve "people's quality".
