Zhonghui education. Zhonghui Education is a formal education and training institution approved by the national education department. Its predecessor was the Zhong Hui Education and Training Center of Heilongjiang University, which was established in 2004. It is a non-academic training school with dozens of professionals and elite teachers based on teachers from famous universities such as Heilongjiang University, Harbin Normal University and Harbin University of Commerce.
