After formal training, the professional assistant intelligent building manager has reached the required standard hours and obtained the certificate of completion.
(5) College degree or above in this major or related major.
(6) Have a college degree or above in other majors and be engaged in this occupation 1 year or more.
(7) Have a college degree or above in other majors, have received formal training of standard hours specified by the assistant intelligent building manager of this major, and have obtained a certificate of completion.
-Intelligent Building Manager (one of the following conditions)
(1) Have been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 3 years1.
(2) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant intelligent building manager, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 5 years.
(3) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant intelligent building manager, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 4 years, and has been trained by the professional intelligent building manager to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.
(4) Having worked in this profession for more than 5 years after obtaining the undergraduate diploma of this major or related major.
(five) with a bachelor's degree in this major or related majors, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant intelligent building manager.
(6) Have a bachelor's degree in this major or related major, have obtained the professional qualification certificate of assistant intelligent building manager in this major, have been engaged in this major for more than 3 years continuously, have reached the required standard hours after being trained by intelligent building manager in this major, and have obtained the certificate of completion.
(seven) after obtaining a master's degree or above, engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.

As for the role of this certificate, I personally think it should be more "management" and has little to do with "engineering".
