After two days of courses, I have a deep understanding of life insurance companies and insurance products, which is what we need to learn, master and improve most in our daily work, which is helpful for our future work, and what we need more is our daily efforts, study and accumulation. In daily work, constantly sum up experience and lessons, and constantly learn and improve yourself. During these two days of training, I have been thinking and understanding a question: how can I find potential customers who buy insurance? Through studying, I not only learned new knowledge, but also doubled my confidence. Combining the problems encountered in the work and summing up the experience learned, I think that in order to do a good job in insurance business, we must strive to do the following:

(1), learn to speak actively. Take the initiative to introduce products when meeting customers. Many customers who want to buy are actually lack of insurance knowledge, so it is necessary to let them know the benefits of insurance.

(2) learn to praise others. When others refuse, they can understand the implication of many customers. Learn to read the minds of original customers. For example, if a customer says he has no money, there may be four situations. 1 means he really has no money, (2 means he has no confidence in the product, 3 means he doesn't trust us, and 4 means the customer is too busy to stay. At this time, we should treat it differently, make rational use of vocabulary space and strive for every customer.

(3) Communicate effectively with customers. Can do "listen, say and ask". Listen to customers quickly, be a loyal listener to customers, understand their real needs and communicate effectively. Do it with your hands, eyes, body and heart. Treat every customer sincerely, without reservation, and consider the problem from the customer's standpoint, so as to handle the relationship with customers and win insurance business orders.

(4) Have a sense of responsibility and service. It is our responsibility to constantly improve ourselves, exercise our minds and correctly understand that it is our responsibility to do a good job in insurance business. At the same time, it provides pressure and creates motivation for doing a good job. In this way, we can carry out insurance business, better serve customers and introduce good insurance products to customers.

(5) Pursuing Excellence and continuous cultivation. We should constantly improve our minds, be tolerant and open-minded and become a qualified employee.

Although it is a short two-day course, the knowledge taught by the teacher has benefited me a lot, and my heart has suddenly opened up and benefited me for life. Through this training and study, I further realized that insurance business is not difficult. Although the task is arduous, I am more confident. Through study, I also strengthened my belief. Although the bell has stopped, don't be lazy when practicing. In my future work, I will continue to strengthen my study and apply what I have learned.
