First of all, as a team leader, I am confident that I can get along well with team members and get their support and help. All aspects of the team's work can be carried out smoothly, but whether these works can really be recognized by the leaders and whether you can be welcomed by the leaders is a question worthy of serious consideration. First, let the boss do multiple-choice questions and think for himself. I think this is the most important and favorite way for leaders. For a leader, he has to face many problems every day, and he doesn't have much energy to think and deal with all the problems from the grass-roots team. At this time, as an excellent team leader, we should first think carefully about the problems encountered in the team and put forward a series of effective solutions, and then report to the leader to let him decide which solution is the most reasonable and feasible. Second, do one more step than others. For example, the leader asked two people to go to the market to ask about the price of cabbage, and one of them went and came back soon. He brought back the price of cabbage. The other one took a long time to come back. He brought back not only the price of Chinese cabbage, but also the prices of all other fruits, vegetables and eggs in the market, and made an effective purchasing plan for the leaders. Fourth, the atmosphere. Atmosphere is the learning atmosphere, safety atmosphere and responsibility atmosphere of the team. The one near the ink is black, and the one near Zhu Zhechi is black. Any employee will be unconsciously influenced in a good atmosphere, so as to do something consistent with this atmosphere. Therefore, I think the team leader should devote himself to establishing a good team atmosphere to promote the progress of all class members.
