According to the Implementation Measures of Professional Development Training for Primary and Secondary School (Kindergarten) Teachers in Hangzhou (for Trial Implementation), teachers' participation in school-based training, mandatory training and online course selection training on the training management platform of primary and secondary school teachers in Zhejiang Province can be included in the corresponding continuing education hours. Teachers have participated in school-based training for the longest time 120 class hours; Attend 50 hours of long-distance network training.

Primary and kindergarten teachers participate in the promotion of bachelor degree or above, and middle school teachers participate in the promotion of master degree or above, and obtain graduation certificates or degree certificates within the time limit, with a maximum of 180 class hours. None of the above training can offset 90 hours of intensive training.
