Should the procuratorate issue papers when evaluating professional titles?
The title of the procuratorate mainly involves the evaluation of the title of forensic medicine, document inspection, trace inspection and judicial accounting in the procuratorial technical department. Others, such as chief procurators, deputy chief procurators, members of procuratorial committees, procurators, assistant procurators and clerks, belong to legal posts, not titles, and do not need to publish papers to evaluate them. Only the technician title evaluation needs to publish papers. The higher the level of these titles, the more papers will be published. There should be three to five senior titles, and a paper by an ordinary technician can be counted as long as it is published in a municipal newspaper.
