Principle of detection part of air detector
The instrument adopts the principle of high-sensitivity electrochemical sensor, combined with single chip microcomputer technology and network communication technology, which can continuously monitor SO2, NO2, O3, CO, H2S, NH3 and HF gases in the atmosphere, and comprehensively display the required measurement data. The ambient air first passes through the filter by the air pump, and then is sent into the sensor air chamber by the flow regulator at a flow rate of 300mL/min. After the signal generated by the sensor is amplified and A/D converted, the concentration result data is collected, calculated and processed by the microprocessor, and the data result is saved or sent to the information center through the RS485 serial interface.

For the detection of trace gases in the air, the cross interference between different gases is particularly prominent. If it is not handled well, it will have a great impact on the test results. We adopt two key technologies to solve this problem: one is to adopt a special sensor for ambient air quality; The second is to use a filter with appropriate selectivity to make the monitoring results of the system accurate and reliable.
