How to count the number of words in ppt slides
After finishing a PPT slide, we sometimes want to count the words of the whole PPT, but we can't just click on the words in the ribbon like Word. There is no such command in the PPT ribbon. In fact, PPT can also count words. Now Bian Xiao will share with you how to count words in PPT2003.

First, the method of PPT word count: 2003 edition

First, open the PPT2003 version, and select the slides that need to be counted. After opening, click File-Properties in the menu bar to open the PPT properties window, as shown:

Now switch from the general option to the statistics option. You can check the word count information. As shown in the figure:

Second, PPT2007 words: 2007 edition

Similarly, first use PPT2007 to open the presentation that needs statistics. Click the Office Options button in the upper left corner to open a drop-down box, and then select Headcount-Attribute in turn, as shown:

After that, a file properties dialog box will appear, and then click the drop-down arrow symbol of the file properties dialog box, and then select the "Advanced Properties" option, as shown in the figure:
