How to be a good law-abiding citizen?
With the continuous progress and development of human society, people pay more and more attention to the law, and the perfection of a country's legal system has increasingly become a symbol to measure the modernization level of this country. To be a law-abiding citizen, you must first study law. On the basis of learning the law, we should know the law, understand the law, abide by the law and use it. China is a socialist country ruled by law, governing the country according to law. Governing the country according to law is the basic strategy of our party leading the people throughout the country to govern the country. It is a major change in the way of governing the country and a manifestation of historical progress. I think: As a big socialist family, every citizen must understand the importance of governing the country according to law and must abide by the law. Only when every citizen abides by the law can the country be stable, the society be peaceful and the history progress. Only when every citizen abides by the law, can the society be harmonious, the family be harmonious, the life be happy, the people live and work in peace and contentment, and the economy and society develop steadily. Therefore, obeying the law is very important for the country and every citizen. Only when every citizen abides by the law can the life, study and work of everyone, every family and every unit be guaranteed and the country's economic development will not be disturbed. When the society is stable and everything is easy to handle, the development of individuals and countries will have a bright future. Reform and opening up will continue to deepen. Otherwise, citizens don't know how to abide by the law and commit more crimes, and the normal social order will be destroyed, and normal production, normal work and normal study will be disrupted and nothing can be done. How can we abide by the law? This requires every citizen to learn legal knowledge, not only for students, but also for teachers, not only for civil servants, but also for people from all walks of life. It is necessary to spread legal knowledge to every household and let everyone know. We can't engage in formalism, and we can't make superficial articles. The government should mobilize all social strata, organize trade unions, youth groups, young pioneers and women's organizations, and vigorously publicize and popularize basic legal knowledge. Let every unit, from leaders to employees; The whole society from businessmen to politicians; From military personnel to farmers and community residents, we should organize a nationwide study of basic legal knowledge, and all propaganda tools such as newspapers, television, advertisements and wall newspapers should be used. Through various forms of study, every citizen can not only know and understand the law, but also abide by and use it. For students, they are the future of our motherland and the new force for us to build the future. Their knowledge of and compliance with the law are directly related to the future of our motherland. Therefore, it is of special significance to educate them in the legal system. Relevant data show that the juvenile crime rate in China is on the rise, and a large part of juvenile crime is due to the weak legal awareness, the influence of bad social habits, and the bad behavior habits brought about by the association with bad teenagers. Some students think that violating discipline and breaking the law are two different things. Violating school rules and regulations is a big deal. It doesn't matter if you deduct a few points. It's a long way to go, Xiu Yuan. It's not good to have this idea. Habit becomes nature, small things become big things, and violation of discipline will gradually become illegal. This is by no means alarmist. Some students pursue individuality and think that being bound by school rules is not conducive to their own development. Only by doing things that violate discipline can they show their chic. This may be caused by the rebellious psychology of teenagers at this stage. Some students think that without freedom to speak the law, freedom cannot be bound by the law. This view is wrong. As the saying goes, there is no Fiona Fang without rules. Freedom is relative and conditional. There is no unfettered freedom. Therefore, schools should strengthen legal education for students, impart legal knowledge and master theoretical knowledge through formal teaching materials in the classroom, and then carry out some special lectures after class to carry out legal publicity, so that students can correct their thinking, improve their legal awareness and abide by the law. The Constitution requires citizens not only to enjoy the rights stipulated by the Constitution and laws, but also to fulfill their obligations stipulated by the Constitution and laws. In our country, citizens must understand that rights and obligations are equal, and rights and obligations are interrelated and inseparable. We can't just talk about rights without obligations, which is not in line with the provisions and requirements of the law. But in real life, many of our citizens don't know this. It is not uncommon that even the leaders of individual units do not understand it. What does this mean? This shows that we should strengthen the popularization and study of legal knowledge. Make the whole society know and understand the law. This work should not only be superficial, but also be carried out seriously. I think the government should take three powerful measures to strengthen and improve the legal system and legal awareness of the people of all ethnic groups in China. First, make use of existing organizations at all levels, trade unions, the Communist Youth League, the Young Pioneers, women's federations and other organizations to study and publicize the law, so that people can establish legal concepts and legal awareness. All units are required to regularly organize cadres and workers to study the Constitution and other legal knowledge, so that legal knowledge, concepts and awareness can penetrate into the hearts of every citizen. Second, the use of television, radio, advertising and other modern media to vigorously promote legal knowledge. Third, the education department should independently formulate teaching materials for writing legal knowledge into the classroom, and implement the system and mechanism of lifelong learning from primary school to university graduation. Let every generation, people of different ages and levels learn, understand, know, obey and use the law. It is a basic national policy to popularize basic legal knowledge. Take family planning as a basic national policy and persist in grasping it for decades and hundreds of years. Only in this way can we achieve the long-term stability of the country and realize the goals and tasks of a harmonious society put forward by the 17th National Congress. We should firmly believe that as long as effective measures are taken, everyone can enhance and improve their legal concept and awareness, and it is no problem to be a good citizen who abides by the law.
