Tea can be divided into green tea, black tea, white tea, yellow tea, oolong tea and so on according to the production process, origin and variety. Every kind of tea is unique, with different taste, aroma and efficacy. In this paper, the characteristics of each kind of tea are classified, so that people can better understand tea and choose tea suitable for their own tastes and physical needs.
