Five children with tumor in our teaching hospital (Wuhan Children's Hospital from May to October, 2009 121February) all have complete medical records. The characteristics of 5 cases of renal tumor were analyzed, including the size, shape, location, capsule and metastasis of the tumor. 5 cases were located in unilateral kidney; Of the 3 tumors, 5 were large, and more than 2 were relatively small. 4 cases were lobulated; 3 cases had subcapsular effusion, and 2 cases had subcapsular hemorrhage.
