The course design of mechanical principle for a few days is over. In this practical process, I learned something other than skills, appreciated the excellent quality of others in dealing with professional skills, and deeply realized the mechanism of mutual coordination and cooperation between people. Most importantly, my views on some issues have become benign.

In such a huge society, communication is naturally the foundation of human life. How to coordinate the relationship between them deserves our deep thought and experience. In practical design, relying on and being relied on touched me a lot. Some people have a sense of responsibility, regard such things as their important tasks, make great efforts and constantly think about their own problems. Others don't think so. I always feel weak ... in fact, there are many such things in life. When we face many problems, the specific actions we take are also different, which will certainly affect our results. Many times when problems arise, what we expect is a problem-solving mentality, not how strong our past ability is. This is the correct attitude and clear purpose. Only in this way can we put ourselves in specific problems and solve them better.

In this process of mutual coordination and cooperation, quarrels and struggles are inevitable. The key is how to deal with the differences we encounter, rather than blindly caring and complaining. This is not only in such coordination, but also in many things in life. In the face of differences, we should eliminate misunderstandings, understand each other, enhance understanding and reach an understanding ... Maybe many problems are not as complicated as imagined, but the key depends on our mentality and the kind of handling and solving.

Curriculum design is also a process of learning the excellent qualities of colleagues. For example, Ji Chao in my group really has a lonely heart. Admittedly, he has made a lot of proud achievements in his studies, but what I admire is the process he pursues. When encountering problems, that thoughtful attitude is worth learning from each of us. Everyone is trying to create their own tasks, working tirelessly and pursuing Excellence. We used to have a teacher who spoke very well. Some things happen for a reason. It is definitely not luck or coincidence that others can make extraordinary achievements in their studies. Is the performance of their own efforts. This continuous progress and serious and consistent mentality will also lead to a person's perfection in all aspects of life and study. Have the same persistent pursuit process. This is an excellent quality, which will guide a person to be in high spirits.

In the future study, we must guard against arrogance and rashness, have a correct attitude and be modest and serious ... We must always remember one sentence: attitude determines everything.
