What is EQ?
Emotional quotient (EQ) refers to a person's ability to recognize, understand, express and manage emotions, which is a concept corresponding to IQ.

Emotional intelligence mainly includes self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and social management, specifically:

Self-awareness: Know your emotions, needs and values, and be able to express and convey them in words and actions.
