I was a candidate for World War II, but it was the first time I was admitted to Shandong University. Although the decision to change schools and major in World War II was risky, I was finally lucky enough to be admitted with the first place in the preliminary examination and re-examination. I got 403 in the re-examination and 398 in the initial examination, including 74 in politics, 82 in English, comprehensive law 124, administrative law 1 18.

Although due to the limitation of strength, the results in all subjects are not top-notch, but fortunately, there are no subjects that hold me back, which shows that my test-taking method is correct. So I want to share my experience of taking the exam for the first time, hoping to help you. Please criticize and correct the shortcomings. Finally, talk about the experience of choosing a school and major. First, choose a school you like, so that you will have the motivation to make a lot of efforts for it; Second, when choosing a major, we should consider both the difficulty of the subject and the degree of competition; Third, we should consider personal circumstances, such as our own language organization ability, English level and personal self-control.

I. Overview of laws

Legal synthesis consists of three subjects: jurisprudence, constitutional law and civil law. I'm sure you've read a lot of experience posts, and you should all know that this is the part that best reflects the trade-offs. Three subjects and one *** 150, and specialized course 2 is also 150, so the highlight of marking is undoubtedly specialized course 2. In a word, the learning energy of comprehensive investment in law should be equal to or slightly greater than specialized course 2, but not all subjects are equal to specialized course 2. Learning energy is a big concept, including not only learning time, but also the number of teaching materials and learning depth.

A discipline of jurisprudence, Jurisprudence with high talent, is enough.

It is worth mentioning that the true questions of jurisprudence have been repeated over the years, so the past questions are of great reference value. In addition, the content of jurisprudence investigation may appear in any part of this book, so it is necessary to read this book carefully. For example, a topic in this year's comprehensive law, "the concept and classification of law", is the content in the preface. A discussion topic the year before last came from the reading materials of "On the Law of the Tang Dynasty".

It is a supplementary reading of jurisprudence. I have also read Bodenheimer's jurisprudence.

But just to broaden my horizons, I didn't take notes, and I don't need to take notes.

Constitutional Law, Lin Laifan's lecture notes on constitutional law, is also a book, so you need to read it more than twice very carefully and take notes.

Civil law, most other experience posts suggest that non-civil and commercial candidates can take this subject with them, and I feel the same way. At first, I bought all the civil law books mentioned in other experience posts, adding up to seven or eight. However, due to the limited time, I completely read the intensive reading course of Civil Law by Shen and Zhong Xiuyong, and finally proved that it is enough for non-civil and commercial candidates to cope with the preliminary examination.

Moreover, the number of questions in the comprehensive volume of law is quite large, and it is common that the completion of the civil law volume is not as good as the first two volumes, so personally, it is not necessary to plug it into the civil law.

Second, real questions, notes and reading books

Note-taking methods, recommend electronic notes. On the one hand, it is convenient to find the content, and on the other hand, it is convenient to improve the previous notes during the second reading. Even if you buy someone else's notes, it is necessary to read the secretary's notes by yourself, because notes are not only a list of key knowledge, but also a way to clear your mind.

How to combine real questions, notes and reading? First of all, before you start reading, you should read the comprehensive examination questions of law from 15, and have a general understanding of the types and scope of the investigation. After reading the book, read the test questions again, find out the omissions and fill in the gaps, and see if there are any missing knowledge points in the first round of study.

Then, start the second round of reading and improve your notes. After reading the second round, it should be 10. You can shift the focus to your own notes or refer to other people's notes to improve your own notes. In fact, after two rounds of reading and taking notes, these contents have been memorized, and there is no need to recite them deliberately.

Finally, write the test questions by hand. It may not be necessary to do the questions carefully every year, but those questions that often appear should be handwritten to see if there are enough words. You still have to pinch some and do one or two complete real questions to see how you grasp the time.

Three. administrative law

Although I have always been interested in public law, I always thought that I would study the history of legal system, so it was the first time for me to study public law in such a large amount and depth after my sophomore year of legislation.

For the initial test, Tian Siyuan's Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure Law, Yu Lingyun's Lecture on Administrative Law and He Haibo's Administrative Procedure Law are required reading.

Teacher Tian Siyuan's book was published earlier, but the system is complete and the content is still out of date. For example, the question of "whether the administrative examination and approval reform is applicable to the administrative licensing law" in the real title of 18 administrative law was mentioned in tian teacher's book. The basic framework of my notes is built with this book.

Teacher Yu Lingyun's Lecture Notes on Administrative Law is not a systematic teaching material, but discusses some frontier issues by theme. 19 the administrative law examination "analysis of legal problems of administrative organs' disclosure of illegal facts" can be answered by "means to ensure effectiveness in administrative law" in the book.

Don't be confused by the title of He Laoshi's Administrative Procedure Law. In fact, it is an all-encompassing book, well organized, and very suitable for combing ideas after reading other books. In addition, in the real title of 19, "judicial review of administrative agreements" can be found in He Laoshi's book.

These books were not published in the last three years, so I also bought the latest edition of the administrative law and administrative procedure law of Ma Engineering, but at least this book has no influence on the exam.

In addition, the lecture notes on administrative law in the judicial examination are very helpful to familiarize yourself with the provisions of administrative law and administrative procedure law.

Fourth, textbooks and papers: basic knowledge and expansion.

Will the Law Postgraduate Entrance Examination of Shandong University examine the frontier issues of this discipline? The answer is yes, so it is helpful to read some papers. Teachers' papers in various subjects can be downloaded. In addition, you can pay attention to some academic WeChat official accounts of law. Everyone will pay a lot of attention to the law school in the past few years, so I won't recommend it because of the limitation of words.

But don't be afraid. After all, most of the topics are routine operations, and the frontier issues are based on existing theories. For example, 19 administrative law examination "The Nature and Regulation of Administrative Interview", in the final analysis, as long as we master the knowledge in the textbook, we can analyze the relationship between the flexible behavior of administrative guidance and administrative coercion.

In short, the most important thing is always the basic knowledge in the textbook, and don't put the cart before the horse. I learned a painful lesson in the subject of civil law: I paid too much attention to the content related to the compilation of the civil code in my later study, and I was under the impression that I didn't even take the relevant exams in the civil law volume.

Five, public * * * class

To enter the Law School of Shandong University, the total score 150 of the public * * * course is a very outstanding achievement, and it is also the achievement of most people. The total score of these two subjects adds up to only 200 points, which can be adjusted during the preparation period. The highlight of the postgraduate entrance examination is still in the professional course.

1. Politics

He started politics in mid-August last year. I watch Xu Tao's intensive courses at twice the speed every night. Xu Tao's lectures are very interesting, especially those of Ma Yuan, which are difficult to understand.

Through the online class, I can better understand and watch Xiao Xiurong's intensive reading class accordingly. After reading the multiple-choice questions in the previous chapter and the corresponding 1000 questions, I wrote the answers on A4 paper, one for each question.

After I finished it, I began to watch Xu Tao's problem-brushing class and brushed 1000 for the second time. This time I used 1000 to write the answer in the brush-off book. I found the electronic version on the Internet, and then I did it on the ipad. Political multiple-choice questions are very important, and 1000 questions should be done seriously.

In recent more than a month, I began to recite politics and big topics, and at the same time I did various essay questions. Besides Xiao Si Xiao Ba, I also found Xu Tao's paper to do, but I mainly made a choice.

I use Xu Tao's little yellow book to recite knowledge points, but I personally think Sister Leg's is also quite good. It depends on my personal choice. Focus on reciting Xiao Si's big questions, but don't put them off until the last week, or it will be a little late. Of course, carrying Xiao Si also requires concentration. After Xiao Si comes out, there will be various analyses on the Internet. Besides, we need to pay more attention to current events. If we can get current events in multiple-choice questions, it will also affect our grades. After all, less points are more.

Generally speaking, politics need not start too early, and certainly not too late. It must start in September at the latest. Brush up your choices in the early stage of politics, and there will be various forecast papers and brochures to help you solve the big problems later.

2. English 1

In English, my English is not very good, so I have no experience and methods. The postgraduate entrance examination has crossed the line, but I have to say that English is really difficult this year. When I read it, I felt that the topic had nothing to do with the article, so that I couldn't remember the written options after the exam.

However, memorizing words is still very important. Except for some special circumstances, I began to recite words every morning in April last year, using the little red book, because I have been using endorsements since my freshman year, and my familiarity and habits mainly depend on everyone's habits.

Reading and composition are the key. The composition must start around 1 1, and you must have your own template. Don't recite the model essay blindly. You can buy a composition book and summarize it yourself. I was from Liu Xiaoyan at that time. Although something happened to her a while ago, I said that her composition book is a little more basic, but you can read other people's composition books if you mind. Writing is easier to get points than reading, so writing still takes more time.

There is nothing I can do about reading, but I have to do the real questions well. I bought Zhang Jian's yellow book, which has been a real problem for nearly 20 years. A few years ago, because the questions were different, I practiced it, and then I carefully read the translation of the article. Then start from around 10. After the topic is stable, I observe how to set the options and the reasons for the mistakes. I watched some videos of Tang Chi at that time, and some of his methods can be used for reference. I read more books and practice more. After August, I began to do two readings every afternoon, and I did the real questions twice. In fact, when I did it the second time, some of them were still very strange. I didn't spend much energy on translation and gestalt. Gestalt is better than reading. Translation is really too difficult. Later, I read Tang Jing's translation notes, which contained some translations of fixed sentences. No matter what kind of new questions, you need to practice, but which one you meet in the end depends on luck.

Generally speaking, English is also related to personal accumulation, but we must pay attention to writing. Writing is easier to score than reading, and the handwriting should be neat. When taking the postgraduate entrance examination, I first wrote a composition, then did four readings, then new questions, then finished the exam and finally translated.

Six, time planning, mentality adjustment and others

Time planning, according to their own state arrangements for learning, in order to make efficiency higher. For example, I am a cat that stays up late. I often study at one or two o'clock in the evening and sleep until nine o'clock in the morning, which is more suitable for me than sleeping at eleven o'clock and seven o'clock. Of course, it is not enough to be effective, but also to invest necessary time, such as at least six hours of effective study time every day for about half a year.

Can the department examination and postgraduate entrance examination be conducted at the same time? It's my first time to take the entrance exam, and the three months after the entrance exam are simply not enough for me to cope with the entrance exam. Of course, this is purely because of my lack of personal ability, and many excellent seniors and classmates both participated and passed. Therefore, although the judicial examination is a safety net for the employment of law students, whether to take the examination or not needs to be decided according to personal circumstances.

Psychologically, don't be too perfectionist. Finish the learning task first, and then consider how to be perfect. Don't memorize one or two little knowledge points. Don't be formalistic, such as which set to buy, what brand of stationery to use, and whether the notes are handwritten or electronic. These are not too many things to consider. Finally, it is best to have a hobby that can be used as a spiritual sustenance, so as to divert attention when self-doubt and anxiety occur.
