Abstract: In China, project planning is becoming more and more popular and developing as a planning discipline that has only emerged in recent years. Based on the social needs of project planning talents, this paper finds out the weak links in the training of such talents, and puts forward countermeasures accordingly, which provides a certain basis for talent training.

Project planning itself is a thinking process, which is both constructive and logical. This process is mainly reflected in summing up all the decisions that may affect the decision-making, so that they can play a guiding and controlling role in the future, thus achieving the goal of the scheme. Nowadays, more and more attention is paid to project planning, and the demand for such talents is increasing day by day. The author made a simple investigation and analysis.

1. Research and Design of Social Needs of Project Planning Talents

In the spring of 20 15, the author completed the investigation in the form of questionnaire survey, telephone interview, symposium, enterprise survey and online inquiry. * * * 300 questionnaires were distributed, 270 were recovered, 259 were valid, and the effective rate was about 96%. This survey is mainly conducted in the planning departments of various units and large-scale celebration planning places. , conducted a survey of project planners in sports, tourism, public relations, culture, real estate and other fields, covering a wide range.

2. Social demand characteristics of project planning talents

In this survey, private enterprises account for the majority, and there are not many people engaged in project planning in these enterprises, often no more than ten people. Through the feedback questionnaire, the author found that nearly 70% of enterprises intend to recruit project planning talents within one year, and the demand for project planning talents has increased significantly. There are also some enterprises that are quite concerned about the work experience of project planners.

2. 1 Characteristics of talent quality demand

The survey results show that the demand for employees in project planning related units often involves qualities such as professionalism and professional ethics. Among these qualities, the top three are serious and responsible work attitude (2 1.2%), hard-working will quality (19.6%) and market research ability (16.8%). Most enterprises believe that moral quality is the most important first, followed by professional qualities such as learning ability and professional skill level.

The survey results show that the positions of project planning are generally divided into technical positions and marketing promotion positions. Among them, the most typical technical posts are planners, which cover a wide range, such as wedding planners, tourism planners, real estate planners and so on. The survey results show that nearly 50% of enterprises need compound talents for project planning positions, and about 28% of enterprises pay more attention to the ability of information collection and resource integration; About 26% enterprises attach more importance to the ability to promote projects, such as communication and organizational skills; About 22% of enterprises pay more attention to professional technology.

3. Ability requirements of professional quality of project planners.

For project planners, market research ability is very important. The soul of a planner lies in his ability to accurately predict and grasp development opportunities and seize them to lead the trend of the whole market. Market research ability, that is, the planner's ability to analyze the current market situation and then predict the future trend, requires the planner to plan ahead and have a far-sighted strategic vision. Only in this way can we ensure the strong pertinence of project planning. The requirement for the insight of the project planner is often "observing what others have not noticed". Therefore, project planners should be good at finding important materials from past and present information.

For example, a company wants to advertise and look for the best-selling newspaper or magazine. Companies can't find the real circulation of newspapers or magazines, so they can't judge whether those newspapers and magazines sell well or not and whether they are worth advertising on. According to the previous information, the company planning department carefully observes whether newspapers and magazines are placed on street newsstands. If it is a best seller, the street newsstand will hardly sell books and newspapers that don't sell well. In this way, the company chose the newspaper to advertise and seized the market opportunity.

Nowadays, the project planning of many enterprises is inseparable from innovation. Project planning shows the wisdom of thinking, which in itself is the innovation of thinking. Real planning cannot lose the element of innovation. As a typical wedding planner, creativity and imagination are very important in creating a romantic wedding situation.

3.5 Executive ability

Project planning is not an armchair strategist. After careful consideration, the planner will take practical action. Sometimes, execution will even become a key factor for the success of project planning. What's more, project planning is not only to make a planning scheme, but also to design practical implementation methods and processes, especially for project planners working at the grassroots level, they should supervise and direct when necessary, and even carry it out in person.

4. Suggestions on the training of project planning talents

There is a growing demand for project planners in society. At the same time, the society has higher requirements for the quality of project planners. Because of this, in view of the needs of today's society, it is of great practical significance to reform the existing educational management mode and make the project planners better adapt to the needs of social development.

4. 1 Clear training objectives

The existing research results point out that it is difficult to meet the needs of society simply by managing project planners, and the training of project planners at this stage needs to be reformed urgently. At this stage, the society needs project planning talents who are good at planning, familiar with resource integration, strong in innovation and capable of promoting projects. The actual survey shows that management ranks first in the advanced courses for project planning talents, followed by marketing. The author thinks that we should increase the number of social practice courses and reduce the number of theoretical courses, because project planning is mainly oriented to market promotion, and practice is essential in this promotion process.

4.2 Reform of training methods

Project planning has a strong practicality, so it is very important for every planner to integrate resource information, find problems, conduct market research, analyze and make decisions, and gain insight. Because of this, the organization should let the planners move from the theoretical knowledge environment to the actual planning environment, let them draw up the planning scheme under specific events, and systematically cultivate the actual combat ability of the planners. Planners should also actively participate in training and improve their ability to integrate information and analyze and judge trends through effective training. You can choose some hot issues for planners to solve and exercise their resilience.

4.3 Improve the comprehensive quality of such talents.

It is very important for project planners to have a high comprehensive quality. Good team spirit, legal concept and moral cultivation are the necessary comprehensive qualities for project planners. Interpersonal communication and communication skills are related to the promotion effect of the project, so this is also an indispensable ability for project planners. Therefore, in the training of project planners, in addition to professional quality, comprehensive quality can not be ignored.

5. Conclusion

Through a detailed questionnaire survey, the author briefly analyzes the demand characteristics of project planning talents in major related enterprises. Compared with professionalism, more enterprises pay more attention to employees' moral cultivation and conduct, and in professionalism, market research ability, integration ability, insight ability, innovation ability and execution ability are the most concerned. Combined with the market demand, the author puts forward some suggestions for improvement. I hope this paper can provide reference for the training of project planning talents.
