1966 was born in Anhui; 1987 graduated from Changchun Institute of Geology (now College of Earth Sciences, Jilin University) with a bachelor's degree in engineering; 1995 Graduated from Institute of Geology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, doctor of science. 1June, 1997, postdoctoral editor of China Geo University (Beijing), responsible editor of Science Bulletin, China Science Foundation and Natural Science Progress successively.
He has worked in Science (British Science Journal), Nature (Nature), Scientometrics (Scientometrics) and Learned Publishing (Academic Publishing) successively, and has published more than 60 papers or essays on bibliometrics and sci-tech editing writing in Science Bulletin, acta editologica and China Sci-tech Journals. He has rich experience in scientific editing and writing training, and has presided over the writing and speech translation of scientific English and advanced writing in 2007 and 2009. Supported by the introduction of outstanding talents in the field of periodical publishing by Chinese Academy of Sciences, and won the second China Publishing Government Excellence Award.
Social part-time job: director of China Sci-tech Journal Editors Association, editor of acta editologica, editor of China Sci-tech Terminology, and deputy editor of China Sci-tech Journal Research.
