Zeng Jianping, 1967, a native of Xingan County, Jiangxi Province. 1990 graduated from the Department of Political Education of Jiangxi Normal University with a bachelor's degree in education; In June, 2002, he graduated from Hunan Normal University with a doctorate in ethics. In September 2002, he joined the postdoctoral mobile station of the Institute of Philosophy, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
