As a result, many people fall into a strange circle around "fraction" teaching and ignore the development of human nature. Through study, I am more convinced that it is right to emphasize students' all-round development and learn from each other's strengths.

Second, trust and tolerate students. Students are the main body of learning, so we should give them the initiative to learn and let them enjoy success in exploration. In the future teaching, we should give students more tolerance, believe in their own abilities and try our best to improve their abilities.

Third, students are the real masters of learning and development. In the "spoon-feeding" teaching, the result is that students passively "change their listening comprehension", and the classroom atmosphere is dull, which inhibits the enthusiasm and initiative of students, and the effect can be imagined. Through learning, I pay attention to optimizing the classroom teaching structure, reforming the classroom teaching design, designing interesting teaching that children are willing to accept according to their psychological, age and physiological characteristics, and paying attention to the training process, focusing on questions, difficult questions and language questions. Teachers "talk less" and "ask less questions" will save time for various forms of exercises, organically combine exercises with lectures and questions, and train students' listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities.
