How to sort the titles of papers?
The order of paper titles is as follows:

1. First, open a document that needs to set the title level of the paper. Here, for the convenience of demonstration, the grade tips of the thesis topics have been marked.

2. Place the cursor on the first-level title "Introduction" and find the number library under the "Start" menu. Because there are no required numbers here, you need to click "Define New Number Format".

3. In the "Define a new numbering format" window that pops up later, the numbering style is generally 1, 2,3, and the numbering format is user-defined, which is defined as "1".

4. For other book titles, all the book titles of different levels are numbered in the same way and set to digital format.

5. After setting the title number, click Outline View to define the title level.

6. Place the cursor on the dot in front of "Introduction", click the left mouse button to select the line, and then select "1 level" in the title level selection box; Select "2. 1 chemical method" for the same method, and then select "secondary" in the title level box; And so on.

In order to achieve the purpose of clear hierarchy and clear context, the text is often divided into several large paragraphs. These paragraphs are called logical segments, and a logical segment can contain several small logical segments, and a small logical segment can contain one or several natural segments, so that the text forms several levels. The level of the paper should not be too much, generally not more than five levels.
