With the rapid development of society, the pace of life and work is getting faster and faster. Cars have become people's main tools, bringing us unprecedented convenience and speed. While we admire and enjoy social progress, it also brings us disasters. One vivid life disappears under the speeding wheel, and one happy family is instantly broken. Therefore, we must obey the traffic rules and drive safely in order to avoid these accidents and grow up healthily.

In our modern society, the urban road is not only a passage for people and things to move, but also a testing ground to reflect the civilization of a country or region.

Many countries attach great importance to traffic safety education. Children have received traffic knowledge education since childhood, and everyone travels in strict accordance with traffic regulations. For example, in Germany, traffic management departments often organize preschool children to hold traffic knowledge competitions. On the streets of Germany, the most striking thing is the traffic lights in the streets. The traffic lights at big intersections are automatic devices, and traffic signs at small and medium intersections indicate whether to go first or later. In schools, kindergartens or areas where children are concentrated, signs will be printed with children's patterns to remind drivers to pay attention. Sweden's traffic rules are also people-oriented, with pedestrians giving priority. The traffic lights on the road are two meters away from the ground, which is the same height as the eyes of pedestrians. No billboards or trees are allowed around to avoid blocking the traffic lights.

Although China also attaches great importance to traffic safety and traffic civilization, compared with other countries, it is far from enough. Every day, the roads are full of pedestrians, bicycles and vehicles that don't obey the traffic rules. For example, non-motor vehicles cross the line at a red light, the lane is retrograde, and people are illegally carried. Pedestrians do not walk on the sidewalk, arbitrarily cross the guardrail and jaywalk. Sometimes, when crossing the road, you will often see pedestrians ignoring the signal light at the red light, or when the car is green, use the time difference at the intersection to ignore the pedestrians crossing the road and speed up driving. It's worse when there is no signal light. China's traffic laws and regulations clearly stipulate: "When vehicles pass through crosswalks, they must stop or slow down when traffic signals let pedestrians pass;" When crossing a crosswalk without signal light control, you must pay attention to avoid pedestrians. "In real life, intersections with traffic signals are better, and intersections without traffic signals are simply a chaotic scene, with heavy traffic and intransigence. In our modern society, it is a part of traffic civilization that vehicles drive according to law and pedestrians walk according to law. In addition, traffic police management according to law and civilized law enforcement are another part of traffic civilization. Only when these two parts are displayed on the road at the same time can a complete traffic civilization be formed.

First, obey the traffic laws. Don't run the red light, and don't jaywalk. On the way to or from school, you should consciously walk on the right sidewalk and don't chase and fight. To cross the road, you should take the zebra crossing, "red light stops, green light goes, yellow light, etc."

Second, you should queue up consciously when riding. Don't fight for seats in the car, take the initiative to give seats to the elderly, pregnant women, disabled people, patients and those who are younger than themselves and have difficulty in riding. When getting off the bus, get off in order to help people in trouble get off.

Third, on the way to walk, we should not only obey the traffic laws, but also take Uncle Lei Feng as an example and take the initiative to help the elderly, disabled people and children with walking difficulties, thus helping others.

4./kloc-don't ride bicycles under 0/2 years old,/kloc-don't ride electric bicycles under 0/6 years old. Consciously implement the school regulations, and prohibit cycling or pulley on campus.

Road traffic civilization embodies urban civilization and involves the interests of thousands of families. Road traffic civilization is the external expression of urban economic and cultural development and change, and also the concentrated epitome of the civilized quality of urban citizens. Megacities such as Beijing and Shanghai attach great importance to the construction of citizens' road traffic civilization quality.

Uncivilized road traffic behavior can easily lead to road traffic accidents. According to statistics, the number of pedestrian road traffic deaths accounts for more than 40% of the total number of road traffic accidents. At the same time, it also affected the image of the city. In April this year, Shanghai and Chongqing conducted a questionnaire survey on uncivilized road traffic behavior. Pedestrians run red lights, cross the road at will, and block queues in sequence, ranking among the top three uncivilized traffic behaviors.

There are two main reasons for uncivilized road traffic behavior:

First, the social economy has improved rapidly in recent years, and the road mileage and the number of vehicles and drivers have doubled. However, citizens' awareness of road traffic safety is relatively backward, which is still far from the requirements of modern traffic. People's old habit of walking freely hinders normal traffic control and management. According to the survey, at intersections without traffic police management and traffic lights, the rate of pedestrian traffic violations can reach more than 95%, which is mainly reflected in uncivilized road traffic behaviors such as running red lights and crossing the road at will.

Second, the principle of people-oriented and convenient for the masses has not been implemented and embodied in road traffic facilities and road design. Mainly reflected in the unreasonable road isolation facilities, did not consider and meet the traffic needs of pedestrians.

Uncivilized road traffic behaviors, such as pedestrians running red lights, crossing the road at will, and vehicles parked and parked indiscriminately, have resurfaced. We must strengthen management, establish a long-term working mechanism, and cultivate and build civilized road traffic habits of citizens.

First of all, it is necessary to comply with the legal requirements of the Road Traffic Safety Law, and intensify the rectification of road traffic safety order in view of different uncivilized road traffic behaviors in different periods, so as to effectively solve uncivilized phenomena such as vehicles parked in urban areas and queuing up in disorder in case of traffic jams.

Secondly, follow the scientific laws, strengthen the road traffic safety management for pedestrians, and reduce the number of pedestrians by adding or widening roads, building underground passages, establishing overpasses, overpasses, etc. At the same time, try to separate the sidewalk from the roadway and plan the crosswalk reasonably; Separate pedestrians and vehicles by means of material isolation, line isolation, time isolation, legal isolation and space isolation; The uncivilized road traffic behavior of pedestrians who violate the road traffic safety law will be severely punished according to law.

Third, combined with the promulgation and implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law, strengthen traffic safety publicity and education. The traffic police department of public security should seriously organize and carry out the "five advances" activities of traffic safety publicity, educate citizens to abide by traffic laws and regulations, enhance the awareness of traffic lights and zebra crossings, and especially strengthen the publicity and education of motor vehicle drivers, so that they can establish a firm "people-oriented" safety concept through publicity and education.

The civilized behavior of road traffic should include two aspects. One is the civilized behavior of managers in road traffic activities, such as pedestrians walking in a civilized way and drivers driving in a standardized way. The second is the civilized behavior of managers, which requires traffic police to manage according to law and enforce the law in a civilized way, which is another part of traffic civilization. Only by displaying these two parts on urban roads can a complete and harmonious road traffic civilization be formed.

Safety is closely related to everyone's life. Whenever I walk on the way to and from school, I see the bustling scene of "traffic" and "sea of people", and I see cars flying by me, and I feel scared. I'm afraid of the scene of car accident and death. I'm nervous every time I think about it. I was really afraid that it was me who had an accident the next day. You may have seen the report that in 2005, 165438+ 10/0/4 was a sunny day. Hundreds of teachers and students from Qinyuan No.2 Middle School in Shanxi Province are running and exercising along the road. Suddenly, a big truck ran over the running team like a crazy demon. With a series of exclamations and screams, 2 1 flower of life left this beautiful world forever. Many parents heard the bad news and shouted their children's names all the way to the scene. However, no matter how the adults shouted, they couldn't respond. This bloody lesson has brought pain to many families and separated many happy families.

China is a populous country with many people and cars, which makes the roads more crowded. According to statistics, there are more than 654.38+million people who die in car accidents every year in China, including nearly 20,000 children, ranking first in the world. On average, 1 person dies in a car accident every five minutes, and a child dies in a wheel in less than half an hour. What an amazing number. Behind this shocking figure, how many families have lost their joy, how many relatives have fallen into pain, and how many flower of life will wither forever. Thinking of this, I couldn't restrain my inner excitement, leaving tears of sympathy for the victims and great indignation at the perpetrators!

However, most of these accidents are caused by people's weak awareness of traffic safety and non-compliance with traffic laws and regulations. As a qualified middle school student, we should take active actions, starting from me and starting from the side. Therefore, I propose: ① All students should seriously abide by the Code for Middle School Students, the Code for Daily Behavior of Middle School Students and traffic laws. (2) The school is civilized and disciplined, walking softly in the corridor, not fighting, not playing dangerous games. ③ Pay attention to traffic safety outside the school, take the sidewalk, cross the road and take the zebra crossing, and don't climb over the guardrail. Be sure to see the traffic lights at the intersection. (4) concentrate on walking on the road, don't read books, don't listen to music and don't play.

"The red light is short and life is infinite" and "If you are not afraid of a hundred steps, you are afraid of one step". In fact, our predecessors invented traffic lights for a reason. Don't be afraid of trouble. As the saying goes, "the red light flashes countless times, but life is only once." Never risk crossing the road when the red light is on, even if there are no cars on both sides. So students must not fight on the road, it's too dangerous. Other tragedies are caused by pedestrians crossing the guardrail. Don't be afraid to bypass the guardrail.

For our flower of life to bloom forever, for the happiness of all families, dear students, let safety always accompany you, me and him!
