1. When writing a paper, we often copy the collected content directly. But the problem is coming again. When copying words, we will also copy down the format of the original text, including font and typesetting. So we need to clear the original format with a format brush first.
Generally speaking, it is best to finish the paper first, and then unify the format of the paper, so that you don't have to typeset it many times. In the process of typesetting, we will use "separators". Click "Page Setup" in the Word2007 menu, and there will be "separation line" under its options. Select "Page Break" in the drop-down menu of separation line to divide your text on the same page into two pages.
3. Press and hold ctrl+A to select all characters, and then click on the paragraph to set the corresponding options to the paragraph format required by the paper. At the same time, you need to set the font and font size. The font size of Chinese and English abstracts is also different from that of Chinese, which needs attention.
4. Set the font, font size, paragraph format and pagination, and then set the table of contents. The directory setting method is as follows:
① Open the completed graduation thesis word document and click View, as shown in the figure.
② Open it and click "Outline", as shown in the figure below.
③ Set the title level according to your own needs. Select the title in the word document to set the level. 1 level belongs to the title category, and level 2 belongs to the subtitle of the title 1 ...
(4) after setting the title, click view (page 1), and then click the page as shown (page 2).
⑤ Then click "Reference" as shown in the figure, and then click "Insert Directory".
⑥ After clicking "Insert Directory", I only need to click "OK" to complete the automatic generation of the directory.
